COCOM was engaged for a launch project by renowned Sydney restaurant group, Phoenix Restaurant Group for the opening of their first Queensland restaurant. COCOM strategized a launch PR campaign including a VIP party of 120 guests. The evening commenced with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony, before dotting the eyes of the lion, followed by a lion dance performance to welcome the new business. Guests feasted on a selection of Phoenix’s signature Yum Cha items and seafood cuisine, while a DJ spun tracks. COCOM secured print and online media coverage as well as an influencer program including food bloggers and social media influencers.
